$GLOBALS defined as global

Hi there,
I was wondering if you guys could check something for me...

If i try to do a var_dump($GLOBALS) it stops halfway because is has a recursion.
($GLOBALS variable is declared inside $GLOBALS)

Does this happen on every php compilation?
Cuz if not I prolly gotta check my coding 🙂)

This also occurs when using the print_r() command...

From http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.var-dump.php:

"This function will continue forever if given an array or object that contains a direct or indirect reference to itself or that contains an array or object on a deeper level that does so. This is especially true for print_r($GLOBALS), as $GLOBALS is itself a global variable and contains a reference to itself as such. "

same applies for var_dump()
