How can i setup user registation?!

I have been using phpSecurePages (from http://www.phpsecurepages.f2s.com/) for a while now. In my setup, I have the user names and passwords stored within the configuration file, although there is and option to use a MySQL database. I was wondering wether anyone knows of any script/s (that I could use as a signup script) which would add the users information to the same database that phpSecurePages uses.
