loops arrays forms text fields????

Hey all

i have a small coding problem i hope someone can help me solve.

Problem:

i. i have to display values from from an array and display it
ii. allow the user to change the values
iii. save the changes to a flat file

can someone please give me a few ideas as i have been stuck on this prob for ages. i know i have to use loops, arrays, forms, text fields but i am having trouble putting it all together.

any relevant help much appreciated

I do this same thing only store the values in a database, but I use XML to transport the information.

As for your flat file, I would recomend recreating the file from scratch every time the form is submited if all the data is there.
