Actually, seriously, I believe that you aren't on the same brainwave as Ravi. The <input type="file"> is a built in form element that essentially adds both a text input plus a button that says browse into one function, plus it does all of the coding for you.. Have you ever used a service like Geocities or Hotmail, where you are attaching or uploading a file, and they have a text box with a button beside it that says "Browse..."? This is what Ravi is talking about. Try it out.. make a page that has that element just to see what he's talking about. <input type="file" name="blah">
