Storage issue?

Hi folks
I'm trying to keep code and data and formatting seperate using PHPLib templates MySQL.

My question is what about forms?

If my application uses alot of forms am I best keeping the HTML code on the DB or in includes or what?

What is the ideal?

Well, for plain HTML I wouldn't put the strain on the database I would just use includes. I can't tell you how much time difference is saved by using one or the other though.
