i know i posted here a while ago because i was unable to set a cookie. Well i solved it but have never understood the solution. I had two cookies one a user ID and another a username. the username was set with an expiration date of about a year. and the id was set for an hour. What i discovered when i uploaded this was the cookie with the expiration date of an hour would not set. The other worked fine. Eventually i had to set username to an expiration of about ten hours and then it was set without problem. why is this??? does anyone understand because surely i don't.
