Hey people.

I have made some messageboards for my site. The members can post, reply, and edit a message (if it was them who posted that message). I have three other features which I would like to to make...

1) Customise.
I would like for the members to be able to customise the messages they view. E.g. don't show messages older than 7 (the member specifies the number of days) days.

2) Filter.
I would like for my members to be able to filter out messages that they find unappropriate. They should be able to do this by filtering all messages posted my a certain member, or filter by subject.

3) Search.
I have made it so that the members can search for a message by a subject, but there seems to be a problem with a function that iv'e written. No content is being displayed
as a result.

I would be very greatfull if someone could help me with any (or all 3) problems.
