Dynamic META tags

Hi,

Does anyone out there know whether I can dynamically generate 'keyword' & 'description' META tags from a database and still be picked up by search engines?

For example I could have an include file which would generate the code and put it on each page of my site.

Any comments would be appreciated

i am interested in this too. i have a <?php echo meta_descriptions; ?> in the meta tag on my .php page, but i never know if it gets picked up or not...
