ImageMagick Web Studio

Hi,

Does anyone know of a free web-based Image Effects program that I could download for use on my server? Preferrably in PHP, but CGI/Perl would work as well.

I basically want something similar to:

http://www.imagemagick.org/cristy/MagickStudio/scripts/MagickStudio.cgi/

although it doesn't have to have ALL those features - but things like borders, frames, etc. would be useful. I basically want to be able to upload an image to the server, and manipulate it.

Does anyone know if someone has done something similar to this?

You should look at the GIMP (http://www.gimp.org), I know cooltext.com is using it, gimp has many perl-scripts available to manipulate images. You do have to now a lot of perl though, If you wan\\'t to adept it to your site.
