cookie for authorization

HI!

I'm making homepage what needs member authorization.
(using DB, and cookie)

how can I add these below values in cookie?
(in one cookie)

ID, user password, ip address, email address, member level

ex)
id: morneault
pw: 1234
ip: 127.0.0.1
email: [e-mail]
member level: 1

and you could do that with every one of them, but the user could easily edit the cookie and bring his level up.
