How to copy folders in PHP

Hello,

I am wondering how it's possible to copy
an entire folder into an other folder.

I've tested with copy(), but it's only for
files.

Do I need to create a new folder and copy
all the files there?

Isn't there a simplier solution?

Note : I'm using PHP4 on Redhat 7.1

use exec() or system() or backticks to simply execute a UN*X command to copy the directory.
