How would one go about printing a remote image to a page?
For example, printing http://phpbuilder.com/images/new-logo.gif by calling http://www.mydomainm.com/index.php?url=http://phpbuilder.com/images/new-logo.gif
I don't want to simply use src="<?php echo $url; ?>" either. I want the server to fetch it.
