How Do I Include A HTML File Using Perl

Hi There,

My requ. is that, I am loading my HTML pages using a perl script which keeps track of active user session. Now, I want to include two additional files, header.htm and the footer.htm for all pages, loaded by that script.

I would really appreciate any sort of help.
