Database output problem

I have a (mysql) database containing 50 images (50 rows). Not the full image but the <img src="image.jpg">.
Does anyone know how to output this information to the browser in a table (one row per cell).

I dont want the table's colums to exceed 5 but it can have unlimited rows. So its 5 X unlimited.

Anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

This should work

$query = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM table");
echo "<table>";
for ($rows=0;$rows<5;$rows++) {
echo "<tr>";
for ($cols=0;$cols<10;$cols++) {
$queryrow = mysql_fetch_row($query);
echo "<td>$queryrow[0]</td>";
}
echo "</tr>";
}
echo "</table>";

Please note that this only works for 50 entries.

this is fine except I only want it to display 5 columns (width) in the table.

It can have as many rows as it wants in the table.

How can I limit the number of columns??

Hi Sol,

The columns are limited by the second for () statement. To change the number of rows, simple alter the first for() statement.
