Form problem with session

Hi !

i am using session . I am also using forms to take input from user. when user fills a form and submit it . Now when user comes back on the form by browser back button the form become empty . This is confusing for users specialy when form is being validated and mistakes are pointed out. now when user will come back to that page the whole form will be empty.
i need help

Use 'GET' instead of 'POST'

Better yet, use javascript to perform your form validation. Client side validation is quicker and more efficient and doesn't waste server time.
