Email System like Hotmail

Hi,

I am planning to create an email system in my company website, just like hotmail or yahoo.,ie., anyone can create a new email address,view mails , send mails and so on..
How do I go about doing this...Can anyone suggest a good sapmle script which I can check out...Please help...

I am not looking for an Email Client..It's a full fledged email system which I am looking for..The difficulty I am facing is on the creation and management of new email addresses...

I've been playing with it for a little while now and I'm quite impressed. The current version has a couple of bugs, like sigs not saving, bat that seems to be resolved for the next release.
