Call to undefined function: array_sum()

Hello

I have just got the following error and it is probably easy to fix but has got me mystified:
Fatal Error:
Call to undefined function: array_sum()

I have installed the latest version of php, and its listed in the support files as being a valid function.

Any help much appreciated.

And which version is the latest version? and on what platform?

My mistake I had 4.0.2 and it only works on 4.0.4. and above. Thanks for response!
