Getting Keywords from search engines

Is there a function or can someone help with code for getting the keywords from a search engine when a user hits a site.

Know what I mean?

I'm trying to make a small stats program for a page and I want to know what keywords people are using, referers, etc....on windows machine. Thanx so much.
