How can i make a .midi file's with PHP?
i have nokia Composer code's and i would like to convert them to MIDI with PHP.

Well do you know how to do this in any other languages? Cause if you do the process is the same in PHP. PHP has no inherent midi functions to do the work for you so you will need to write it completely from scratch.

Basically you need to know what the midi codes are for your composer codes and then write a parser that will take the composer codes and convert them. You will also need to know what the file format is for a midi file so that you can generate it properly once the conversion is completed.

I don't think so. I don't know anything about midi besides that it's a music format that holds synthesized sounds.

Look around for people that are working on open source projects that do what you want and take a look at there code, whatever language it's in. You should start with www.sourceforge.org, and www.freshmeat.net.
