Data from form are encoded. Why??

Hi,
I installed very nice software (ezpublish). I found out that all form data sent by method post are automaticaly encoded into html entities. So for example czech letters look like &amp#234... If I use get method instead of post all is OK. Nowhere in the code there is not used php command htmlentities. I checked also variable $HTTP_POST_VARS and data are encoded already there.. Why???

Maybe because you are running IE... IE has a tendency to do that, just a guess.

Oh jesus you are right. I cannot believe.. How to get rid of it???? It's ok if I change view -> encoding -> Central European (windows). But it is not a solution! Why it didn't happen to me never before? Maybe because I installed IE 5.5?
