mail() send to many email

When I use

$emailto="[e-mail];[e-mail]";
it's work ok.

but use
$emailto="[e-mail];[e-mail];[e-mail]";
it's not work.

Why?

mail($emailto, "test", "test", "From: $email\nReply-To: $email\nX-Mailer: PHP/" . phpversion());

Did you read the manual?

put a COMMA between the adresses, not a SEMICOLON.
