date/time function **HELP**

I'm living in Brazil but my site is hosted in the US. I would like if there is a way when the client visits the page that the time/date that will show under "today's date", it will be his date not the servers.

So If a person access the site from Portugal it will show his time, if someone from Brazil acess the site it will show his etc.

Is there a way that PHP looks for the time in the clients computer and shows that one?

I was having the same problem because I live in a different timezone from my server.
As with PHP there is probably several good solutions. Here's the one I used:

<?
$today = date( "F M j, Y g:i a ",time()-7200 );
echo $today
?>

because I was 2 hrs behind the server time I used the time() -7200 which is the # of seconds in 2hrs.

So the function checks the server time and subtracts 2 hrs (7200 seconds)
