It very much depends on what way you want the data to be submitted instead!
For at start I'd redirect you to Faqts that has a nice big ressource on forms and the likes :

But, I personally wouldn't like to "hide" the submit-button (perhaps make it look different instead?) for users that may not have the newest browsers.
Think of it this way : Just because some people talk funny, it doesn't mean other people ignore them.
