How do I give a page drag & drop feature.

I guess you'll have to think of it in a totally different way ...

PHP can generate a page and send it to your browser. What you do with your browser-clientside is up to you, but drag&drop is a clientside-concept that has NOTHING to do with the code at serverside.

For what do you need a drag&drop-feature by the way?

Thank you all for the suggestions. I am a developer hence i needed a code wherein i could use this feature.
