Caching Bitmaps

Hi,

As we all now, we need to disable the caching with the dynamic pages in order to make the pages reflect the latest status of our database. However, there are some items on the pages like bitmaps that can be safely cached.

Any idea how to do that? And hence improve performance by not having to re-load the images everytime.

A good solution will be to reference external files to get your content, reference by not including them, but by calling them with plain HTML, and setting an extra parameter to be a random number... eg. content.php?rnd=123445

needs some tricky programming, but works fine... you can apply to this to anything, images and text 🙂
