PASSING VALUES

I need to pass values from a script when it is being called/hit behind the scenes by another script on another server. How can I do this?

not quite sure what you mean. your calling a script (not from a client) and want it to return data ? did you write this script or have access to the code ? simple is just write the script to echo its data in xml, you can use simple grep or explode too though.
