how do i parse out apostrophes?

I dont know how to parse out apostrophes.

Someone said to use urlencode() and the decode, but i read in the manual that it doesnt work on apostrophes.

Want to know what? I was right, it doesnt =P

What function/method/whatever DO I use to get rid of 's and "s

Or you could alternatively use str_replace().
