Can some one make this, I do not know how.

Can a php script be able to take a form action and pass it on to a different page with the folders log-in information. But at the same time making the log-in information safe. This might give you a better idea.

data --> php (form data + php login) --> locked folder --> data to script

Yes and no. You can't just push the data to the locked folder. You can however write a php script that will emulate a browser and call the next page and return the results. This may not be what you are looking for but it can be done. The basic PHP file functions can handle this as long as you don't need SSL, but if you need SSL then you should use the cURL libraries to do the work.
