As others have already said, people here are concentrating on PHP. However, to perhaps help you get pointed in the right direction, I would remind you that c++ itself has no knowledge of "windows" or "screens" in any way, shape, or form. That is a platform question and is really directed to the library or API that handles user interface on whatever platform it is you are running. And forums relating to those things (e.g. Windows UI, Mac UI, X Windows) are going to be a lot more helpful to you than anything about C++ The Language.
