Browsers that support PNG

After trying several times to go to the only place that seems to be a resource for a list of browsers that support png. the only url I find is:
www.libpng.org/pub/png/pngapbr.html

Unfortunately this is a dead page. We use png format on our website and have to draw up a contract as to what versions of each browser supports this format. Any ideas of what happened to this page, or a url of any other site that would list this?

Just realised that the link was only Win32 and Linux. On Mac, IE4 does NOT support PNG, but I don't know about IE5 or NN etc..
