User Registration using PHP

First of all I would like to congratulate the team at PHPBuilder @ internet.com on this excellent service.

I am learning PHP and I would really like to know how can I go about registering users on to my 'jobs online' website.

I would like to use the same method / system as PHPBuilder does for creating an account.
