email encryption

Hi

I need to encrypt emails so that my client can receive data such as credit card numbers. I know that pgp/gpg is available but would like to know other solutions that do not require the client to have pgp installed. MS Outlook has an encryption thing that would be ideal. How would I encrypt emails to use that scheme?
