Hi, What I need to do is make a script that will goto a page, fill in values and then submit. If anyone could help in anyway (code, mention useful functions or just advice) I'd be grateful.

Yes, you can do that. Not sure of all the details but here is a Perl script that can send SMS messages. Note the use of socket calls (you can use fsockopen as the equivalent in PHP).
