Refresh Page with php

Hi folks...

Is there any function in php3 which allows to refresh/reload the actual page (with parameter?).

Several different ways to redirect to a page (even your current page). If at the top of your page, use

<? header("location: mypage.php?arg1=foo"); ?>

or use a meta-tag refresh to the same page if you are in the midst of outputting HTML.

Hmmm, this doesn-t solve it 🙁

The problem is, that I need to refresh the page from inside itself. I this part I delete a picture from the server and without refresh, the page still displays this picture because it-s still in the memory.
