Your server does NOT support PHP or ANY server side (Might support Perl i dono cause your host is !?$!?!$)
Which means you will have to get a Java based chat room.
And theres NO point being on this site if ya aint got a PHP installed server.
The ONLY place u can get FREE webhosting with PHP installed, MY SQL and perl is proberly

I have my server, which is Apache and has PHP4, My SQL, Perl, and a FTP server + some other goodies like PHPMyAdmin.
Allthough i aint doin virtual hosting yet.
I will be doing in the future when i get win 2K Server ed. and DSL BUT! my service will NOT be FREE ! ;-)
