Using PHP Include Tags

Hi,

I have a bar on the side of each one of my pages that needs to stay the same. I am not a real PHP programmer and I would like to know whether there are any scripts or tags that enable me to include an html file within a table of another document, so that when it is opened the html file is opened as well and is presented as normal.

I just found out that I could use the php inlcude tag... thanks anyway
