Yes I remember you. That's completely irrelevant to your question, however, and is a very not-helpful topic description. There's lots of people that are here a lot. It would be a pain in the butt if every description were 'Hey It's Me' or 'I'm Here Again'

For my website, I use Access to modify information, then export the tables to comma-seperated-value (CSV) files, and import them into MySQL. If need be, you can reverse the process.
As far as manual schtuff goes, you may need to manually import/export your CSV files, but you won't need to type everything in every time you need to update.
