Looping sql query result in email

I have two looping sql queries and need the results in the the message of an email, as the query is in the loop how do I get the html echo result into the message of an email. I already have sql results in the message working, its just the ones that loop that I cam't figure

put the results in an appending string and put that string into your email-content after the loop has finished.
