Is there a better way...?

Hi folks,
I'm writing an admin program for the content of my site. (add, delete, edit etc)

It invloves many different <forms> which I am storing in variables and calling when necessary.

Thats all okay, but it seems a little messy and I'm beginning to wonder if there is a better way. Is this the standard way or what?

I'm not sure about everyone else's preferences/practices but I usually create a script for each action (add, delete, edit, making toast, etc.) where each script performs different functions relating to the overall purpose of said script(selecting content to delete, confirming deletion, etc.) based on the variables passed to it.
