I have a form setup where I would like the option that is chosen in the first drop-box to have an effect on the choices that are displayed in the second drop-box. I am pretty sure that this can be done with Javascript, but can this also be done with PHP? If so, have any coding suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Precisely because Javascript runs on the client. PHP, being server-side, can do nothing in this regard (other than generating the JS to send, of course.)
