Flash & PHP??

I have a simple question and your answers can really help me out...

Is it possible to use flash with php?

I have to print on a template but i cant align the lines exactly. but if i use Flash to recreate the template with a couple of textfields will i be able to save the textfileds on a file with the exact position of the lines on the template?

i'm not sure i understand it correctly.
but i know that flash and php can communicate.
i build a few sites were we used flash for printing the data that comes from a db.
so flash and php can work together.
