Function Orders

hello php'ers 🙂

I have encoutered a small prob. I have 2 functions..lets call them functionA and functionB. FunctionB has to be at the top of the page (totals), and functionA has to be below it. Therefor functionB is called first. The problem is functionB needs varaibles from functionA...but functionA has not been called yet so the vars are unassigned. Get what I mean? So my question is, is it possible to makes sure functionA has run b4 functionB runs? I dont know how this is possible with html seeing as the page parses top tp bottom? anyone have any suggestions on how to get around that?

At least with PHP4, you can call functions in any order you wish, even if they have not been defined yet. (e.g. you have a function call at the top of the page, but don't actually define it until after it is called (the bottom of the page))
