You best bet is to do the research you self by trawling through Yahoo! or DMOZ for Web Mail clients.
If you're setting up a POP3 portal, I'd advise specifying a Mail Server input box for your users in conjunction with a drop down box for the more common versions. By summarising mail server addresses each month, you can quickly add extra servics.
