Php Auto Update Query

Is there anyway you can make Php queries to automatically refresh if a record is updated by another user while you are viewing the query.

ie.
A call logging system.
You will be viewing the outstanding calls when the screen will start to refresh due to your co-worker closing a call.

No. HTTP is stateless, you can't force something to happen once the page is loaded.
You'll have to make some javascript or meta-refresh that periodically reloads the page (or a page in a hidden frame) to reflect the current status.

Ofcourse, you should have proper locking so that no two persons can have the 'close ticket' button on the screen at the same time.
