Open URL in ie

Hey, Can someone help me please. I have never worked with C++ before. I need to open an URL in INTERNET EXPLORER. I can not make it in VB cause i\'m getting a huge install file. I just want an executable. Can someone please send me the code how to open an URL in ie (must be ie, not standard web browser).

See the ::ShellExecute function. Just specify the URL you want to open.
