Getting PHP to refresh after a few secs

Hi!

I have a webcam connected to a server and an application that sends the pics it takes to my site. My question is how do I make PHP reload my page every few seconds I used the sleep() function to set the interval and the tried the header() function to reload my page so that a recent image will be displayed but I get a warning that header cannot be send because it was already posted. Can anybody help?

You can put that line in the head of your page :

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" content="300;url=http://your_page.com">

300 = number of second

I did try that approach actually and was successful in refreshing the page but somehow the image is not updated. I think its displaying what is on the cache. I tried some meta tags like these one to try force reload but it doesn't seem to work. Can you help?
