Form won't allow spaces?

Greeting all,

Well I sure hope this is simply an oversight on my part but, Im simply pass vars via post/get whatever in a form and are echoing out the values inside the value="" in the text box. But the vars with a space in them ie"name=joe smith" only echo's out the joe? I have echoed out the vars elsewhere to be sure and the value of the var is "joe smith"?

any ideas?

The value must be enclosed in quotes.

<input type="text" name="some value here">
