Has anyone figured out how to do this? This has left me hopelessly confused.

They show examples of using Apache API and CGI, but I have no idea how to impliment this with PHP. Does anyone have any idea? We are developing a system for a client who wishes to use Microsoft Passport logins to make it easier for their customers to login.
