how do you map personalised urls to .php

I'm setting up a system that will take an individual's id number and put particlar information into the page according to the id number. This is going fine, with the urls looking like:
http://www.earnmoneynow.com/pages/index.php?id=3

How can i set it up so that i can give people www.theirname.earnmoneynow.com?

Sub-domain names... talk to your local / favorite DNS administrator!

for URL maping, you could try many free dynamic DNS services available.

www.dhs.org
www.dyndns.org
etc.

or your could redirect URL based on ID# using PHP header();
