URGENT! NEED HELP

I need urgent help about my coding.

I cannot compile my program.
The Error is (Offline mode: enter name=value pairs on standard input)

What the hell?!?! Last time i checked you didnt need to compile php.

If memory serves me correctly (and it's been at least 15 minutes since my last cup of coffee) that message comes from a PERL CGI module.
I think the script is expecting to get POST or GET data from the webserver, but if you are not running the script through the webserver you have to type the data by hand.

manuals are great fun!

I running it thru the web server.
I got use the mailmerge.
I got connected and I cannot get the output to the user for informing them that their information is store as they filled and
according to the script, I can get out put to the user but i did not.

Plese help if you can.
